The Bridge Between Strategy & Community

The Professional Pillar

While I wasn’t born with Los Angeles roots, this city is my chosen home. I moved here over a decade ago, discovered myself, and fell in love with the culture that make LA what it is. My commitment to this city is professional, personal, and fiscal.

As an Asset Manager and housing justice advocate, I specialize in the “minutiae” of municipal governance and affordable housing finance. I currently serve as the Board Treasurer for Beverly-Vermont Community Land Trust. My career is dedicated to “The Mission and The Bag”—ensuring that social housing models are as fiscally resilient as they are equitable.

The Creative Pillar

As JamieDelphine, I operate as a translator for the complexities of power. My broadcasts are designed to take the often-inaccessible world of Los Angeles municipal code, housing mandates, and labor news and strip away the jargon for a general audience.

This mission is anchored by my signature interview series, “People With Jobs Making a Difference.” I have a job, and I stream to people with jobs—using this platform to highlight collective labor and the practical, material reality of our community. Through this and segments like News for People With a Job, I bridge the gap between working-class life and systemic change.

As an iO West Improv graduate, I bring a unique sense of timing and humor to the desk. Whether I’m auditing supply chain logistics in a simulator or breaking down the latest ED-1 initiatives, the goal is always the same: to keep the “Besties” informed, entertained, and ready to engage.

Because at the end of the day, understanding the system is the first step toward changing it.
